Each person needs to adjust their body to get a proper golf swing in their way. Golf will significantly enhance your enjoyment and success in the game. Practising the basics of the game until they are anchored in your muscles leads to confidence on the court, and that confidence leads to success and enjoyment of the game.
The most basic steps you can take to notice an immediate improvement in your golf swing are keeping your head steady and looking directly at the ball. The position of the head should be in a straight line with the spine, and the nose should be raised a little so that when you start swinging your left shoulder, it fits under your chin. Many players hide their heads against their chests to keep their heads still and look at the golf ball.
